WE NEED YOUR INPUT Tuesday June 30th This is being put on by the City of Arvada and effects Skyline Estates, and surrounding neighborhoods. Please attend the meeting and share your thoughts on the 15-acre park that will be built on the land between West 56th Circle and West 55th Lane, south of Stenger Park. A flyer will be mailed. |
| Welcome The Skyline Estates is a community of 318 homes. Skyline Estates is located in Arvada Colorado north of I-70 and west of Kipling Avenue just south of Stenger Sports Complex. |  |

| Recreation Skylines location allows convenient access to downtown Denver and mountain recreation. Van Bibber Creek Trail is within walking distance for biking, walking, and running. Stenger Sports Complex and Lutz Ballfields border Skyline on the north and are host sites for several activities including softball, baseball, soccer, and lacrosse as well as a childrens playground and the annual Arvada fireworks display. |
| Schools Skyline Estates is part of the Jefferson County Public School District.
In addition the Arvada campus of Red Rocks Community College is located just east of Skyline. |
